Default Iodine Deficiency can affect Many Health Issues

I've been supplementing with Iosol Iodine for probably 5+ yrs, I lose track of the years...and follow an iodine yahoo group. THere are many blogs and many links on this issue and even books out there. One is by Dr. Brownstein on Iodine Deficiency. Dr, David Williams is my mentor on this and I follow his protocol. Many follow the Lugol protocol. MANY don't know about the deficiency in the U.S. Fluoride reduces any iodine we have in our bodies.

I know if I miss some days of iodine dosing, I have gotten breast pains and tenderness....I don't miss a day now. I started at the 1-2 drops in distilled water and now usually take 3-5 drops daily. I don't detox.

Here is a very good informative link and a lot of side articles to the right. Anyway, more information to the puzzle of better health.
