Yes, this was my blood test before I started hormones, since taking them I took 1 more test and it was 155 which is a very slight increase. I eat a ton of greek yogurt and olive oil, oily fish etc and mostly only avoid processed carbs and fats.
4 years ago my total cholesterol was 170.

Friday I had a health check at work (labour law in Portugal requires this every 2 years) and my urine came up positive for hematuria (red blood cells) so Tuesday I am going to re-test.
I am hoping this is more information that is useful. So tired of feeling like I am running on empty.
Thank you for your time!

I went thru nasty constipation for a lot of my life and make sure I get Enough mag, dosing thru the day. Best forms are citrate or glycinate....

Hi Caroline
The doctor has me on magnesium (pidolate) and it seems I dont absorb it (blood test showed exact same amount of magnesium before and after taking it daily for 2 months), i will go find some citrate or glycinate and give that a go .
I am going to trial T3 in the end of September, hopeful about that!
I'll let you know if the magnesium helps!
Thank you!
