Yes, this was my blood test before I started hormones, since taking them I took 1 more test and it was 155 which is a very slight increase. I eat a ton of greek yogurt and olive oil, oily fish etc and mostly only avoid processed carbs and fats.
4 years ago my total cholesterol was 170.

Friday I had a health check at work (labour law in Portugal requires this every 2 years) and my urine came up positive for hematuria (red blood cells) so Tuesday I am going to re-test.
I am hoping this is more information that is useful. So tired of feeling like I am running on empty.
