Default Fluid in head feeling?

Hi guys,
I have a bunch of other issues however I have had this from my teenage years that no one could find a diagnosis for, I know that a lot of people on here are intelligent and might even just have a suggestion of what it could be...

I woke up one day with feeling of fluid in my head I could move my head and feel it swish around, I have dizziness if I get up from laying and it's worse when I get up after laying down so sometimes it feels like it moves from the side of head to top of forehead ...

I feel it puts my off balance and makes my head feel super heavy..

ENT ruled out what they could on ear exam but said I was dizzy with a table test

MRI is clean..

No sinus issues..

Any ideas?

I can hear heart pounding in my ear at times not sure if that's connected.l
Any ideas?

Hello Tb2. I remember when I began hearing what I thought was my heart pounding in my left ear. Is it in just one ear or both? And have you tried to tell if the pounding in your ear is keeping rhythm with your heart? The reason that I ask is that what you might be experiencing is called pulsatile tinnitus. Mine is intermittent but is worse when I lay down. I also feel tingling in that ear and I hear ringing too. I thought that I was having a heart attack and went to see a cardiologist but my ticker turned out to be fine. I can't help you with a diagnosis of why you are experiencing the tinnitus but hopefully this information might lead you in the right direction.
