Default Tingling in the left side of the head

Hi everybody
Lately i am experiencing some weird tingling in the left side of my head sometimes it feels like goosebumps in the scalp..lately i have been feeling them while peeing and also i feel some twitches in my right leg ... fYI i suffer from scoliosis and disc herniation ..
