Default Some really good advice

and I like what Maya Angelou said.. "I did what I knew then, I do what I know now and I'm much better" words to this effect.

Reading thru this and MD here says if it's all so overwhelming, start by eliminating sugars, gluten and dairy for starters. We can do that.

I'm a member of Dr. Judy's blogs and enjoy her wisdom and those who contribute their wisdom and healings.
