Reading thru this and MD here says if it's all so overwhelming, start by eliminating sugars, gluten and dairy for starters. We can do that. That's Ok Dave, I enjoy all metaphysical avenues including astrology. I find it truly amazing about all the people that have shaped my life and when they were born. I don't live by it but enjoy it. Dr. Judy has a lot of good info, you can ignore the astrology. C
