Default 5 mm micro adenoma, weird symptoms

Hello, alright long story. I previously had MRI's that showed brain lesions,(they ruled out MS) so I finally had a spinal cord MRI that showed a 5 mm micro adenoma on my pituitary gland. Now I want to begin by saying I have the most unusual symptoms. I experience this excruciating sensation in my right testicle all the time that no one can figure out. Nothing really helps it except Ativan sometimes or Tramadol sometimes. It comes in non stop piercing bolts of honestly pure agony. It feels like its constantly getting electrocuted or something. My other main symptom is severe face pain, where not even Percocet will help it. Its odd because when my testicle symptom lets up the face pain comes, and vice versa.

Now the symptoms will get really bad then let up for a bit then get really bad and even worse sometimes. It is slowly getting worse I am scared for my life. This has been going on over 1.5 years now.

I have tried countless antidepressants, Lyrica, Gabapentin etc nothing like that helps. I am close to ending my life, not because I am depressed but bc of the constant agony i always feel. Is it possible that this newly found adenoma on my pituitary gland is causing these odd symptoms? I really hope it is, I need to find out the cause because it is slowly getting worse. They are going to check my hormones and if that is clear, will they remove the adenoma because of my symptoms? I mean who has brain lesions and a adenoma without that being the cause of their symptoms? I really need to know if they will or not. If anybody can provide any kind of help I would be grateful. I live in Canada so everything takes so long, I would be willing to go to USA and spend whatever it takes to feel better. No amount of money is worth as much as a life.
Thanks

defintely gets those hormones checked out. what was the initial reason for getting an MRI, usually micro adenomas are found through mri for something else. Have you been checked for vitamin deficiences? or other metabolic disoders. they most likely can determine the type of adenoma based on the hormones tested.
