Lightbulb

Amazon has capsules:

NOW is a very good, and affordable company.

You can get the methylcobalamin there too... 430 is not an adequate B12 level, for people with nerve symptoms. 5mg once a day on an empty stomach to start. Stop all vitamins about a week before further testing.

Methylcobalamin can be purchased at Amazon too.
Both are available at iherb.com

B12 should be the most bio available-methyl cobalamin. It can be purchased as sublingual mini dots. Ask Dr. Google for the Japanese ranges (500-1300) for B12-that's where you want to be.
