Default Intracranial hypertension question, anyone help?

I have a wide range of medical issues and symptoms..

However in 2013 I was taken to hospital for supposed bilateral papildemia of my eyes..

The dr did a spinal tap and me opening pressure was 30cm not sure what the cm stands for, they said it was slightly high put me on med's for a month, never followed up and said I can stop taking them without another spinal tap..

Can someone who has experience tell me if that's a high or moderate pressure opening? And should I follow this back up with my dr's? As I feel it's been overlooked
