Confused neurofeedback

Hi, I need communicate with you urgently. My brother about 20 years old went to a neurofeedback therapy, but the result did not are we expect. Before the therapy he was a smiley boy, maybe with atencional deficit, but he was happy. After the 15 session of neurofeedback he started to feel awful, with a pain in his chest, depresion, spoke about suicide, have panic crisis, etc.
I arrived to you because i was reading Negative Effects and the Need for
Standards of Practice in Neurofeedback, an article that i found in internet.
Please, if you know what i can do or just answer this email with some advice i will be very grateful! i don't know what can i do and i'm very sad about this.
Sorry if i not speak english very well.
if we can talk for skype or cell phone i will be very grateful too!
Thanks fot everything you will do!

Hello.

I see you have found the Traumatic Brain Injury & PCS Forum. I just replied to you there suggesting you give more information so that members may be able to offer some support. I'm sorry I had not read this message first.

I'm very sorry that your brother has been having such a difficult time since the sessions. Hopefully someone will read your messages who has some suggestions to help you. I do know that there are a number of people on TBI/PCS forum who also had adverse effects, so hopefully you will get some advice there.

You probably have already done it, but you can find all the older posts across the forum by using the Forum Search Feature

There may be suggestions in some of the older posts there to help reverse these negative effects.

take care.
