Default Food For Thoughts

I've thought this for many years. And my mind doesn't change. I don't know that any MD's ever worked with patients on nutrition and supplements, maybe some, but for the most part I don't think so. And today, worse than ever.

I've been seeing integrative MDs for many years and been with the one I'm with for probably 8 yrs or so. She just recently changed groups and I know she was not happy in her new group. So I get an email yesterday, Dr. S is leaving this group and will advise where she ends up....where her next stop is. I sent her an email and she assured me she would "let me know" where she will be.

Talking to a friend the other day about doctors and we agree Many are frustrated and many trapped in their professions. Many want to help their patients, but many fail at this endeavor.

Thinking over my long years, I believe we were supposed to be working on healing ourselves and keeping ourselves healthy.
