Hello all,
I have sleeping issues. I sleep very good, can sleep for 8 hours and wake up relaxed. However, my body reacts way to extreme to sounds. When a neighbour closes his door too hard, I do not wake up, be groggy and fall easily back to sleep (normal reaction). I wake up with an intense fright fight reacties, my heart goes fast, I am sweaty and have troubles going back to sleep. Suffice to say this is very disrupting, and started since I am on prednisone. I have tried ear plugs but am prone to ear infections Can I train myself, my mind, to not react to normal living noises this retarded? I cannot permit to have sleeping issues, since my neurologics disease can worsen due to sleeping problems, and that can causes severe suffering (and crisis and more) Please help me |
