Default Depression

Hey palak here.
I'm from india.I'm suffering from depression.My family members always fight with each other yells at each other.And now whenever they do I start crying.Also i have migrain.I have my career ahead and entrance exam in almost 2 months.I can't study now.I'm soo feeling helpless now.

Welcome to NeuroTalk.

I am sorry to read about your depression.

I lived with clinical depression for many years but am now in remission from it.

One thing which helped me was seeing a psychologist who has experience of working with clients who have mood disorders like clinical depression.

I think that this is an option which is worth checking out for you.
