Default Take care and SAVE your Vision

I've been talking a lot on my other group and the subject of cataracts is Huge..I'm headed to 79 and my eyes are clear, scripts have not changed in about 10 yrs for reading and distance and NO cataracts, glaucoma, macular but clear pretty good vision.

I take antioxidants and one great one is Grape Seed Extract and a couple of homeopathic eye drops and Lutein/Bilberry. I have not seen an eye doc in about 10 yrs..WHY, my eyes are good and Clear. I was told I had beginnings of cataracts about 20 yrs ago and so far so good...None.

If someone wants the names of drops, let me know and I'll post.

And today a member posted about her eye improvement and she says the only thing that changed is she eats more NUTS (antioxidants)...Found this link and right now I'm munching on walnuts.

SO MANY end up with cataract surgeries and one can save themselves from this short but very expensive surgery. Take care of your own health and vision as much as possible. We wonder why health insurance is so out of sight cost wise....

Oh and sunglasses are VITAL, for sun and snow conditions. I don't go out to the mailbox without sunglasses.
