In 2012 I had treated with interferon and ribavirin (and victrelis)for hepatitis C, stopped treatment due to optic nerve damage in one eye.
Afterward, I started having muscle stiffness and pain, mainly in my back. I exercise daily, suppliments I take include magnesium citrate, and niacinamide. A while back my doctor had me take an x-ray which of course did not yield any useful information. I do have a prescription for baclofen, which does help to a point. Thankfully the baclofen doesn't make me drowsy, like my previous tx with methocarbamol did. Anyone have such muscle stiffness and pain? Any ideas as to what a cause could be? Suggestions for better relief from the muscle stiffness and pain? |
