Question question on MRI results

so i read something interesting on my MRI result findings and was wondering if someone could translate it for me. it was never brought up to me by the docs, so I'm sure it isn't anything. but for curiosity i would like to know what it says/means.

can anyone do that, 'translate' MRI technical terminology???
