I have a strange situation about four years ago i aburptly stopped taking four different psychiatric meds. Since then i never feel hungry or thirsty i cant feel my heart beating even when its fast. I also dont sleep hardly any. What could this be? My eeg and mri were normal.

You could use the "Interactions Checker" in this site to look for reported negative interactions between the four drugs Drugs.com | Prescription Drug Information, Interactions & Side Effects.
If there are any reported long-term negative interactions then discussing them with your doctor would be a good idea.
