Hi Michael
Welcome to NeuroTalk . I am sorry to read about your experiences. You could also post in the TN forum (https://www.neurotalk.org/forum26/) - other members will be able to offer you support and good ideas there. All the best.

When I 1st got TN I threw up so much that I stopped eating almost completely. I got past that stage for now but eating is still a surprise for me. I can usually tell by the smell whether it will turn my stomach, or by the first bite. I also got that intense vertigo you spoke of, but I was able to correct it using the Epley maneuver.
