Default Low Barometric Pressure and Low Mood

I have symptoms of low mood, difficulty thinking, lethargy and irritability whenever barometric pressure falls below 30. Trials of anti-depressants (prior to realizing this pattern) were of no help.
Any information how to possibly manage or prevent this would be appreciated.
