Default Constipation - Ox Bile or Bile Acid Factors

I have been plagued with constipation issues all my long life, soon to be 81.

Have worked with mega doses of magnesiums, Calm and higher doses of Vit C but for about a year or so I came upon Ox Bile by Nutricology, or Bile Acid Factors by Jarrow. I like them both and I use the 500mg dose, and go by the directions.

I forget how I came upon these but they are used primarily for those with gallbladder issues or no G.B. and then I read how so many have improved bowels. I don't have G.B. issues but so thankful for this find.

Do your research so you can educate yourself on just what they do.

Drink plenty of "clean" water thru the day and night (sips) and try to get off some of the hard core drugs that cause so many issues. There is so much to try and work with your so much of our issues.
