Default random non existent limb feelings

Hi, I have something weird happening to me. My hands, my legs below the knee, and my face seem to randomly go to being there to feel like they are no longer attached. These fits can last anywhere from 8 hours to 18 hours. My neurologist cannot figure out what it is causing this. My b12 levels are fine.
