Default My Good Eye Health & What I Do To Get That

First of all I'm 81 soon and have been using corrective lens since 19 or so, for distance and then later in years for reading. Was told many yrs ago my right eye is a lazy eye. So I did all the things we are told "to do" go to eye docs every couple yrs or so etc etc....About 20 yrs ago an eye doc said you have signs of "cataracts" so be prepared......well, I got to work and here I am at this age and doing just fine and almost better than ever...and no eye doc visits for probably 9 yrs or so...

Here is what is saving my eyes:

Grape Seed Extract
Vit C
Lutein
Bilberry (some times)
Crystalline Eye Drops which I added a couple yrs ago to Prevent cataracts. They are homeopathic drops and are saving me from what everyone goes for "cataract surgery" ..

And just about Always, wear protective sun glasses when I go out.

Surgery of any kind is my very last resort. There is so much information for us to grasp today we almost don't need doctors. We need to be our own doctor most of the time.
