Default Pirifomis syndrome

Hello folks,

I’m new to this group. I’ve been plagued with pirifomis syndrome for the last 2.5 years. This is as a result of clicky hips as a baby, hyper mobility and 2 pregnancies.

I’ve just had my second set of nerve blocks into my right sacroiliac joint and into pirifomis.

I’m looking for other individuals suffering with this horrible condition, but also..... has anyone found a cushion that they would recommend for sitting on?, I’m desperate to try and get some control back with this having been off work sick for the last 4 weeks.

I look forward to to your responses/ideas!!!

Thanks

Karen 😊

Hi Karen

Welcome to NeuroTalk .

I don't know about Piriformis syndrome but hope that other members will be able to help you.

The Search function (https://www.neurotalk.org/search.php) could also help you to find threads here where it has been discussed.

All the best.
