Default Inflammation and All the Damage Done (CRP labs)

I deal with too much inflammation from longtime OA in my body and damage from hip replacement in 2010. I've cleaned up my diet a lot like eliminating a LOT of sugars/carbs...but I'm not perfect, I do like my good foods.

Here is what Dr. Weil says about Inflammation and CRP and my levels are a little out of the end of range of 1 to 3, and I was at 3.85 last year. I'll have new test done in a couple weeks.

Elevated C-Reactive Protein (CRP) | Inflammation | Andrew Weil, M.D.

And here are supplements to help eliminate inflammation

6 Supplements That Fight Inflammation

I take some already BUT will start again with GINGER again.
