Default COPD and Playing the Harmonica

Just heard a segment on NPR with a group of patients who play the harmonica to improve their breathing. One says he carries his harmonica with him everywhere. Even just blowing on it and making noise.

How Playing the Harmonica Can Benefit COPD Patients | COPD.net

If there is a preferred place for this subject please move it. Thanks.
