Default Lyme Disease

I know it's not easy to diagnose - but is it possible to have 3 tests come back negative but still have it? I've read that blood work can come back as a false negative. Just curious on what everyone's take is... (didn't see the Lyme thread was active which is why I'm posting here)

TLDR version of my issue - symptoms for 2 years - dizziness, lightheadedness, burning in face, pressure in throat, fatigue, neck pain, sensitivity to light (hard time shopping in dept stores because they're so bright, driving, etc), floaters and flashes of light in peripheral vision - MRI brain w/ and w/ out contrast - clean. Cervical spine - clean, except compression and thecal bulging in C5 and C6. MRCP 2 years ago, didn't show any issues with my lumbar or T spine except for slight scoliosis and bone island. Blood work clean, except elevated Anticardiolipin. History of low B12 and vit d but taking supplements for that, ontop of magnesium (Was told this could all be from migraines).

Thanks
