Default Do Yourself a Big Favor, If You Can

Get on board with Integrative Medical Doctors. They will work to get to the root of issues and work with remedies that will work and not cause side effects and then people find they are prescribed more pharma drugs. A vicious cycle

Of course there are times when a pharma drug is needed but IM's can do this too. And of course specialists are often needed. But we can prevent so much with the proper health directions.
