Default Shoulders and Neck Issues, This Helps Me

I learned this work from a D.O. I've been seeing off and on for some time now. He tells to do shoulder shrugs and shoulder rolls...and it sure does help me. Releases tightness and gets the blood moving in that area of my body. I know there is arthritis in my neck and shoulders have their share of "itis" stuff, so this helps me. Just sharing. Do it nice and easy and a few times a day is what I do.
