Default Overuse of Hand Sanitizers

These two words (Hand Sanitizers) have become main discussions in our life. I've never purchased one nor used one. And haven't start now. Last night on my favorite late night radio, an infectious disease doctor/researcher discussed this same topic for 2 hrs....and this subject is talked about 100's of times daily.

An indepth discussion on the microbiome aspect in our bodies and hands,,It's all discussed in the posted link here.

Times You're Overusing Hand Sanitizer | Reader's Digest

Everyone will do what they do, but this is good information that is NEVER discussed. Keep your body's immune system strong and healthy foremost. I wash hands with soap and water and don't over do that either.
