Default Blood Clots Found in Bodies of CV Deaths

This is Very Interesting Discovery:

Coronavirus autopsies: Small vessel blood clotting found in patients, pathologist says - CNN

First thing that came to my mind is Keep That Circulation Moving in your bodies and to me I am counting on Vit C, Vit E, Grape Seed Extract as they all work on circulatory system.

If one takes a blood thinner drug, then be aware of too much blood thinning...so a fine line on keeping blood thinned if drugs are involved.

Why What? Why all this CV hit the world? IT came so fast and furious and there is so much speculations out there.

But here I'm talking about keep the circulation moving in our bodies, as noted by the blood clots found...in the very beginning and still is being said people's breathing and how it's affected and all the ventilators being used....and then so many dying...and it just makes a lot of sense to me....all these antioxidants keep the blood moving. Poor population and older and those sick to begin with don't supplement their bodies so to me it makes sense. Sad but true.

I have been supplementing for many years and my breathing is very good. So it pays off I believe.

The work of professionals like epidemiologists, virologists and immunologists has been important.

Covid-19 is a very infectious virus. Infection with it can lead to blood clots as well as what have been called cytokine storms amongst others. The extent to which people infected with it can recover completely remains to be seen.

Development of effective vaccines for Covid-19 is still at the early (Phase 1) stage of clinical trials. Many research groups are working on this. It will probably be at least a year before vaccines are available.

In the meantime, the best thing people can do to minimise risk of infection with Covid-19 is to follow the usual rules; social isolation, social distancing, wash your hands carefully with soap and water every time you return to your house and so on.

From a friend this morning on Mask Wearing. I have not had to wear one. And as it stands now, I will NOT get a vaccine if there ever is one for this virus.

((I just listened to a one hour podcast (dated June 1) on masks with Dr. Michael Osterholm. He is director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota (CIDRAP) and has worked in the field for 45 years. He does a weekly Covid podcast. I learned a few simple but helpful things.

Droplet vs. Aerosol. Droplets come from coughs and sneezes (we know that). Aerosol comes from normal talking and breathing. When we see what looks like dust in the sunlight; that is aerosol and is constantly present.

Solid scientific research on masks and Covid is non-existent. There is one study on surgical vs. cloth masks. N-95 masks are fitted to the face. Even beard stubble makes them ineffective because it allows air leakage. It is because cloth masks are not sealed that they do not work. The result of the study found that cloth masks are 3% effective. He wants this reported so the public does not think they are protected by masks. He wears a mask in public to make others feel comfortable.
Social distancing is important.

Here is the link to all his podcasts The Osterholm Update: COVID-19 on Apple Podcasts ))

And wear a mask when out and about. Some people can have it and feel just fine. But they can spread it. Nothing to fool with for sure.

Two encouraging developments were reported last night.

The Oxford vaccine project has found it leads to both a T cell and a B response to Covid-19. T cells are important in killing virus-infected cells and B cells can produce antibodies which bind to their target.

Second, it was reported that infusion of a nebulised form of interferon beta into the lungs is protective for people who have severe Covid-19 infections. Interferon beta is part of the innate immune system which has been used in other contexts so getting regulatory approval for this one should not be hard.

So many pushing for a vaccine or drug and we've been living with the common cold forever...isn't the cold from the CV family?

What we can do is continue to strengthen our immune systems with the great antioxidants which do keep our circulatory system moving.

I have NOT had a cold or flu in well over 20 yrs and have been supplementing for going on 30 yrs.

Take control of your health friends...

And I forgot to add, keeping our blood clean of the free radicals that are floating thru our bodies and doing the viral damage. Grape Seed Ex for sure as there is mega info on this free radical damage.
