Post Lab results, pain in legs/feet

So while undergoing some blood tests because of the following symptoms upon waking, pain and stiffness in joints of legs and bones and ligaments of the foot(both feet.) I have has this symptom for about 2 months. And I also have my sleeeping improved as i am actually getting rest and falling asleep somewhat earlier, in which i find the less i sleep, the sleep I need, but quality of sleep increases a lot.

So waking up between 5am and 6am has been good, I have enough energy and feel decent.

But on to the lab results, the following results stood out and were abnormal. My red blood cell which is supposed to be between 4.60 and 6.20 was 4.14.

My hemoglobin was supposed to be between 14and 18 was 12.5.
Finally my hematocrit % was supposed to be between 39 and 51 was 36.1%.

Those values are off the doctor said to wait a month and then test again.

My bilrubin was right on the upper edge at 1.3. It goes from .1 to 1.3.

One more note, Even at bilrubin at that level I did not have jaundice or something similar. I did however have xanthopsia, mostly upon waking in the morning. My eyesight had a tinge of yellow when looking at something which was clearly white beforr. This symp did fade as the day went on, but was more there upon waking.

OP: Docs spend so little time explaining labs, if one gets a 10 minute appt, that's a lot. What I've been known to do, when I see a lab that is NOT in the middle or in the range, I will go to google and try to find alternatives to raise or lower the issues. It works for me. And I don't worry if it's a slight difference than what it "SHOULD" be...I don't know about all the SHOULDS either. We are all unique. And too, if labs are down fasting or non fasting. I never go in for fasting labs...hardly ever have and I've made it good to 82 soon.

Example on your hematocrit, I would google "what to do to get hematocrit in good range" or something like this.

Default So what I did do was

So what I did do was talk to my doctor about the results. And they ended up explaining it as an anemia, but it was not iron deficient. So therefore taking iron would be useless. I do try to do some healthy supps.

I also looked into more products like grape seed extract and resveratrol. As you recall I ended up purchasing grape seed extract, but then I was watching this video of an austrailian doctor on youtube Dr. Brad Stanfield l. And he described a certain purity of products like resveratrol that contained no heavy metals.
