OP: I can't help but think it's a side effect of some sorts from the 2 vaccines you said you took. What has come to mind is Bells Palsy and Gullian Barr Syndrome, which are 2 biggies I've read about. These could be totally wrong, but some thoughts and you can be aware of the possibilities.

The anxiety meds didn't work. But I have been taking ibuprofen for past 2 nights and going out. So I kinda suspect the sensations have kinda reduced. Though I think I can feel them on the left side of lip area. My left corner of lip sometimes feel slightly wet even though it is not.
I am vegeterian, can this be vit b12 deficiency or diabetes? but my hb count seem normal.

There is no neurologist in my city.

I got my CBC done, HB was 13mg, platelet count was 1.15 lakhs/cumm and MCHC was 27.1%. I also consulted the dentist, he said everything was ok.

I was browsing through internet and I found some doctor consulation websites where patients had somewhat similar symptoms. And they are prescribed gabapentin or lyrica for such symptoms. Should I try those meds?

Default Have you had testing--

--for markers of B12 deficiency?

These do not only include serum B12 levels, but homocysteine and methylmalonic acid levels as well (which are better indicators of actual absorption).

I was planning to but I consulted the GP today and he told me that it seems like some weakness in nerve which is quite normal and can be easily treated with some capsule (which i forgot to ask about).

Sorry I am not sure what you are asking in second para. I doubted vit b12 deficiency since I am vegetarian though I do drink 2 glasses of milk everyday.

So should I get b12 test done. My mcv tests and rbc count were normal. Any other symptoms to look out for b12 deficiency?

PS : Thanks to all for supporting me in my hard time.

What does drinking 2 glasses of milk daily have to do with being a vegetarian? The B's are important for t hose who are vegetarians.

Gabapentin and Lyrica are drugs that purely cover up issues for a while or try to and both come with side effects.

Getting to the root is key.

I have been taking 3000mcg methylcobalmin and 3mg folate for past 15-20 days and the feeling on my left cheek have completely resided but now I am having this twitch like feeling on my right eye but it never twitches. Is it something serious or should I just keep going with these methylcobalmin and folate?

It resided just 2 days ago and before the complete stopping of symptoms on left cheek, those on right eye started up.
