OP: Sorry to hear of all your issues. So many are still having effects of the virus and even the jabs million have taken. I have had none and have worked for years to keep my immune system strong: Vit C, Vit D, Zinc, Grape Seed Extract and many take Quercetin...

It's all been so life changing for millions in many ways, and I feel issues, but keep my body working good with all I take for everything including sleep. Being retired lets me do more for myself. Hope things will turn around for you.
