Default Great Info/Video on Health and Foods (Awareness)

This is being posted to bring awareness to the people.....

I'm nowhere being perfect but do my best and the awareness is critical. I say Progress and Not Perfection is true about all of life.

What The Health (Netflix-Documentary) -A must watch. What doctors don't say about your food? - YouTube

Diabetes is discussed here a lot and there is a huge epidemic of diabetes in our population.

Again being Aware of what we put in our mouths is TOPS.
