Default Neuro competency or not?

How does one determine, let alone report?
Determining can probably be assessed by checking out state and countly law suits.. BUT medical board reviews, seem to be one deep dark secret.
Docs in some cases who have been 'cited repeatedly' seem always, ALWAYS to receive no censure [or maybe it is all 'settled out of court']
I have been on both sides of the 'docs reports' reviews...some docs some idiots claim not only to be competent but stellar did all but dump me in a sewer. When I changed to other docs...as much as I would have liked to trash them I simply said: 'We do not communicate well'.
NOW that I am older and far wiser I really would like to register some form of well, constructive complaint - about these ex-docs?? What please are the most effective methods to do so, I gather most medical boards are well [sorry Doc John] "Old boys clubs" who tend to maintain the status-quo? HOW DO WE COMPLAIN MOST CONSTRUCTIVELY?!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know of others who complain about doc 'inconsistencies' and I understand to many aspects...BUT when a DOC does a 180degree turnabout about you, and your entire medical state on important documentation regarding disability entitlement....with mood swings that could KILL a swinging cat in the process. Well, I just reel from the hearing and learning.
SOOOO My asking of all of you WISE, Savvy and knowing folks is WHAT CAN ONE DO TO a doc who really messes up your entire life due to the possibility that 'they may have other problems on their mind=[most likely personal' and thus the doc got your eliminated from your disability aid?
I do feel that docs are worse truly than old maids gossiping. The more I hear from others, well, The more I sense....nothing key or telling, that that is the case...Docs are in their own community.
I just wish we could cross communicate effectively...I doubt not at this point,
COULD THE AMA and BT have an exchange about HOW docs communicate or HOW they mite do it better? Then, we mite really get down to productive nitty-gritty about effective-time-saving communication. I really woulda thought there would be a 'jump' on this concept...but maybe the 'institution' isn't ready yet? Even tho we are. - j
