Help Indescribable problem w/head?

Hi NT, I have a problem that I can't explain.. so please bear with me.

Ever since a few days ago, I've been feeling as if my mind has been trying to slip away from me, and I only feel this way because I cannot figure out what is going on with my head. I don't know where to begin seeking help; I've tried searching online but feel like I can't explain myself very well. I don't feel like I'm in any real physical or mental pain, but I do feel like there might be something wrong with the nerves in a portion of my head.

To start, I am very sensitive to noises, and sensitive to graphical content that involves blood & gore; I may be sensitive to fast-paced visuals too.

Back in March, I was traumatized by a scary YouTube video that I viewed on my smartphone, and I haven't felt quite the same ever since. I remember feeling a 'sharp pain' hit me somewhere in the head at the most traumatic moments. The video was nearly 30 minutes long, and for some reason I felt compelled to watch the whole thing. I was so stupid. I remember looking away from the screen multiple times because I was so bothered by some of the things I saw.

I do remember feeling mildly sensitive to noises even before the video, but the video definitely left some visual scars. My sensitivity to noise might be due to a pair of wireless headphones that I wear anytime I watch the television.

Moving forward to today, I have been feeling fine up until a few days ago when I tried playing a fast-paced racing game for about 3-4 days. I could be wrong, but I'm beginning to wonder if a combination of the noise and visuals to the game have somehow upset my nerves.

Where do I begin to seek help? Should I go see my family doctor? I'd like to find a medication to temporarily put my (nerves?) at ease, but I don't know what to look for.
