Default Unsure where to put this: Involuntary Bulimia

Since the whole onslaught of severe anxiety and panic attacks, I haven't been eating and when I do eat, it feels like my body can't handle it. Like litterally after two bites of a sandwich I'll feel overly full, like to the point of needing to throw up, and I usually do.

I feel like I can't keep anything down because my stomach can't even handle the littlest amount of food. I can handle water but that's about it. My pdoc was the one who first said 'sounds like involuntary bulimia' and that was it.

I'm afraid that this could become a serious problem and I don't want it to be. :/

Does anyone have any advice?

Hi megveg
not sure if cognitive behavioral therapy can help with the panic/anxiety issues and so help with the eating issues too.

also, this may be something that others at our sister site PC may have experienced and be able to help support you through
