Unhappy Fighting with Fatigue (and I'm loosing).

I haven't been sleeping but 3-5 hours most nights lately (almost a month now) and fighting bad fatigue. I don't know what to do to help keep me going (napping is not doable) anyway caffeine makes me sleepy, B12 tablets, ginseng aren't working and I don't know what else to try. Anybody have any ides, Other than sleeping?

I feel like I'm having a fibro flair, as of a few days ago (hurting all over, achy, etc, I don't feel sick) so that's making the fatigue even worst now.

BTW, Mods please don't move this to the fibro board, this isn't just a fibro thing.
