Unhappy Help!

Hello,
I have a 10 year old who has had a shunt for the last 5 years due to a ruptured arachnoid cyst. Thanks to God, he is fine. Like a normal boy...however on the last MRI scan, it appears that his brain has "dropped" slightly into the brain stem?? His neurosurgeon says not to worry, but that this is common. We can simply monitor it, like we do annually. Although his brain can still drain properly, and the shunt of course is helping in that area, I can't help but to worry...

Has anyone heard of this??
