Default I Hope This Helps Some Or Hopefully All Of You

Hey guys thanks for the replys I now know what was wrong I have Bening Intracranial Hypertension which is when fluid around the brain doesnt flow properly to the rest of the body and builds up in the head and causes chronic head aches and visual distubrances and th funny pulsating noise I could hear in my ears. I also do have some anxiety.

All I have to say, (and I hope this helps some or all of you here), for the past 8 months I fought against this Dis-Ease of my body and read forum after forum online and joined sooo many people who all we talked about was negative, negative, negative, sad, sad, sad and much more and all that did was make me anxious or even more anxious and worry even further and then out of no where one day I decided to really talk to myself on a personal level and something just clicked. I had been fighting against something for months that my body was trying to tell me THAT IT WAS IN PAIN, IT WAS OUT OF SYNC, THIS WAS MY BODY'S WAY OF LETTING ME KNOW IT WAS HURTING. I actually cried because something awoke in me and I realised that I hadn't truely treated MYSELF right and there was so much more that I could tell you too but I realised that the un-healthy eating, the depression, the stress and much more had built up inside of my body and my body became un easy creating a physical manifestation of dis-ease. I guess what I am trying to say is whatever you are going through, don't fight it. Accept it and then release it yes you may be hurting yes it may interfare with your daily activities but dont fight it or deny it because more times than none this is your body letting you know that its un happy because your mind is un healthy and the way you treat your body such as for example over eating is making the physical of it un happy so, in telling you all of this I hope that I have helped or will help atleast one of you feel at peice and realise " wow this has made me truely recondisder ME and from now I am going to treat ME right and live the best life possible and I accept this as this is just my body letting me know something and I will no longer fight it and now I am ready to enter the healing process and that pain and that dis ease will fade"

Please believe me as it has been the best awakening for me and I know I will never again treat myself the way I have from being depressed to eating un healthily to keeping myself in doors with no social life and more. Let light into your lives because it truely does heal.

Thank you for you time and remember laughing is always the best cure for ANYTHING
