Default Possible CRPS

Hi everyone
My Dr has recently diagnosed me with CRPS TYPE II. I guess I'm like everyone that is diagnosed with a disease that we just can't imagine we have.
It all started with an accident on March 20, 2007. I jamed a piece of plastic pipe into a grinder when it caught on a narrow piece of metal on the bottom lip of the grinder. The pipe stopped but my arm didn't. I tore the bicep tendon, radial collateral ligament, and the lateral epicondylitis along with strains and sprains of both my shoulder and forearm. The swelling was there from the accident but the burning never appeared until after the surgery. i had the sitting Mumford in my shoulder on May 22, 2008.
My ex doctor did not understand what I was going through or the amount of pain I had because on August 4, he sent me back to work with no restrictions and having been diagnosed with a pinched nerve, he didn't care.
I have the burning pain in my whole arm, some nights It feels like someone is running an icecube all along my arm while on fire at the same time. Showers are bad because of the swelling of the whole arm. Even my fingers swell. My hand and fingers feel colder to the touch than my right hand. My left hand will get a dark red, like there is no blood flow at all in the hand. My pain levels are in the 5-7/10 range all the time if I do any lifting, driving, or any physical labor. I don't have the sweating of the arm, no significant changes in my nails/hair except that my nails have become brittle. I have NO waxy skin, I do not sweat, and I do not favor my left arm when i walk even though it hurts all the time. I have also been diagnosed with moderate Carpal tunnel as well. My forearm has a deep pain that you can't get to no matter how hard you rub. It is constant and wakes me up during the night along with every thing else which really makes getting more that 3-5 hours sleep at night almost impossible.
I do not have the sweating or the waxy skin that everyone else gets. Since I don't have all these symtoms, some of my friends say it can't be CRPS. Please, any input will help me. i have a hearing infront of the Industrial Commission on Feb, 11, 2009 at 1:30 in the afternoon to either allow my crps or not.I'm not sure what to do. Thanks for your input in advance and any information you can send my way will help al least ease my mind one way or the other.
