Default Bulging Eye OR Swollen?

Hey just wanting to know if anyone knows what this may be. I have IIH/BIH and on the right side of my head I have been feeling quiet full though not feeling pressure if that makes sense and my right eye has been feeling like it is bigger or swollen or there is something behind it or something. Is this just built up pressure and swollen disk or something else and if anyone has experiences of this please let me know! It would mean a lot as this is a new feeling with my Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension/Benign Intracranial Hypertension.

I second that, please don't put it off when eyes/head are concerned.

Yes I know I should, well it just feels like they are bulging a bit or maybe it just feels like that and I know it is probably just the pressure behind the eyes and my optic nerves are a little swollen I am just thinking if it is urgent or not and also I noticed that they looked a little blood shot but then again I have not been getting much sleep what do you think
