Default Quick Stabbing Left Sided Chest Pain

Hey guys, just tonight I began to get hot flushes only on the left side of my chest just through the nipple area and a little above. From this I then got to quick sharp pains through that area and left with a dull feeling on the left side in the same area I previously spoke about. From there I began to worry and then started to feel like my left arm was not as strong and like my foot was having a small tremor feeling in the inside(although I think these last two things I have just mentioned were because I am freaking out and noticing any little thing now on that side). So what I am wondering is, is this anything at all to worry about? Is this heart attack? Is this stroke? And if not, what could it be? Do I need to worry at all? Thank you for reading this and hope to hear all of your guys replies.

Light, Love and Peace.
