Default Nerve pain in arm

About 2 weeks ago, I begin a experiencing a sharp transient nerve like pain in the upper back area of my right arm. The pain was always prompted by a certain motion in the arm. However, the pain has morphed more into a somewhat constant dull pain similar to dull pins being pressed against the skin and tissue. The pain is more noticeable and tense when the arm is moved or touched, but I'm aware of its presense even when the arm is still. The affrected area is about the size of a half dollar and just above the right elbow on the outside of the arm. Any ideas on my malady ?

For one thing I would definately have it double checked if it continues.

Especially if you have had any kind of surgery or procedures around
there. It could be a infection in the area.

But it could also be tendinitis in a muscle.
