Attention brain cyst

is this where someone will give me advice on an arachnoid cyst? PLEASE?
have been scanned due to many headaches and strange neurological symptoms. but really finding it hard to find out what comes next. Am referred to a neurolosurgeon.
i am symptomatic ...have slurred speech, headaches, extreme tiredness and numbness on one side of face and head...so assume that means need be re,oved
on scan showed a "possible intradiploic arachoid cyst" with no lower margin visible".
any tips on what next??
