Default strange skin sensitivity

sensitivity of skin when scrotum touches groin skin when sitting, that increases to irritation and mild burning when sitting long. No skin disease diagnosed there except coarse skin with some faint stretch marks. When standing there's only sensitivity of such touch. It exists on both sides of groin but mainly on right side. What could be the reason ? How could it be treated ?
