Default Industrial Commission Hearing planned

I have been diagnosed with CRPS TYPE II. I hurt my arm in a tramatic accident at work on March 20, 2007. I tore bicep tendons, radial collaterial legiments, lateral epacondylitis, sprains and strains of the arm and shoulder.I also had shoulder surgery on May 22,. 2008 which everyone said caused my CRPS TYPE II I am also left handed Myaccident was on March 20, 2007
Until just recently no one could tell me why all the swelling, burning pain, color changes in my hand. My left hand is always colder than my right and my left hand is darker than my right as well. My arm at night burns from my shoulder to my hand with the bicep even feeling like someone had put a couple of icecubes on it. The pain is always in the 6-8 range and at night it is 10+
On Feb. 11, 2009 I went before the I C to have my crps Type II added to my claim. It was denied. they based my whole case on a Dr. that had seen me who I was sent to by the Workers comp people. The Dr. room was VERY cold. We waited for 1 1/2 hours to see this Dr. and no one else was in the office but my wife and I My appointment was for 3:30. We were told to be there about 10-15 min early so I could fill out the required paper work ahead of the appointment. We arrived at 3:10 and the appointment was at 3:30 P.M. The Dr FINALLY called us in to look at me at 4:35P.M. He took less than15 min to make his determination. I am mad and upset at this determination and the denial of my problem
My lawyer has appealed the decision. Another hearing has been scheduled on March 11, 2009.
Has anyone else been through this. What can i do to help the I C make a decision in my favor.
My swelling is only pronounced in my left hand, My arm will swell but not that much and it is harder to see. Drs. say that because I'm left handed that the arm is usually bigger than my right and use that as an excuse. I have been off work since Nov 4, 2007. My left hand is colder and a darker color than my right. I have buring and pain all the way down my arm clear to my hand. If i even take a shower, Everything swells up and the pain becomes intense. Cold rooms, cold weather will make the swelling go down but the pain of 6-8 is still there. Weather changes will affect everything too.
i have scheduled a follow up appointment before the hearing with my CRPS Dr. He also diagnosed me with moderate Carpal tunnel in my left forearm
What else can I do to help my case. i do not have the sweating hands, The nails are very brittle, The left arm is not a different color than my right, only my hand. My left hand does not sweat. My skin in not waxey either.
Any info you can give will help me would bve appreciated. Thank you so much. You can help me put my mind at ease because I'm really scared of losing any help from my Dr. I have not had anything to help with my pain since October 13, 2008 when I was diagnosed with CRPS TYPE II because it has not been added to my claim.
