Hello kaskyron and Welcome to the NeuroTalk community
My hands get very cold when I go outside, but for me it is both hands not just one finger. The reason my hands get cold and stay cold is because I have something called Raynaud's Phenomenon. I dont know if raynauds can happen to just one finger, most of the things I have read about it talk about the hands... but below is a link for you to info about raynauds. raynauds info- http://www.niams.nih.gov/hi/topics/raynaud/ar125fs.htm I don't know if that will help you or not - maybe someone else will have another idea. Welcome to NeuroTalk Take care, Liz
