Thank you for your replys. I do suffer from major depression. I have been looking into taking B12 and possibly B6 and Folic Acid.
This problem I have with the tightness in my chest only happens if I pick up something heavy or if I do something repetive like scrubbing. It just seems to make my chest muscles get tight and it will take a week or more to get better.... thank you again.

Heart if you have symptoms of low vitamin B12... then...

The neat thing about Methylcobalamin lozenges is that they are available over the counter.

To get shots you have to have a doctor discover the problem.

When I was having a lot of symptoms decades ago I didn't even know yet that my mother had pernicious anemia.

So no doctor way back then caught my problem as deriving from low B12.

Sadly.

If you have ridges on your fingernails or are losing your moons, look at a good list of vitamin B12 deficiency symptoms. If you have some of those symptoms, then get the methylcobalamin and take it. And, write down your symptoms every day for at least a few weeks. That way you can see, literally see if it makes an improvement.
